Q: If you do a tune-up on my computer, will I lose all of my pics and music?
A: We use multiple diagnostic and repair programs in a specific order to make sure we clean you system without damaging or removing your important files.
Q: How long will you have my computer if I bring it in?
A: Unfortunately, it's hard to say. Even if we know exactly what's wrong with your computer, many factors can severely delay repair. We do try to get every item fixed and returned as quickly as possible, and have even been able to get some systems up and running the same day they're brought in.
Q: Do you work on Mac?
A: We can assist with software issues, Because of the complexity of the inner workings of Macintosh systems, special certification is required. None of our techs currently have that certification. The best thing to do is take it to an Apple retailer.
Q: Windows crashed. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
A: We have the ability to not only repair Windows, but we'll do it without damaging or removing any of your files.
