We can remotely access your computer to fix some minor problems, or let you know if you will need to bring it in.  It is $80.00 an hour for our service.  To start, download Crossloop HERE.  We use that software to connect to your computer using a one-time access code.  You may skip registration and go straight to using the program.  You may click on the Live Help button on the left to talk to a technician or to leave a message for us to set up a time to log in.  You can also call us to set it up.  Talk to us today to set up an appointment!
